In most cases, yes! Virtually all of our products can be adjusted to suit your needs, so simply get in touch to discuss what you'd like and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

When placing your order we do ask that you double check all spellings and details of your personalisation before completing your order as we copy the text as written and changes cannot be made once your item has been made.

If you do notice that you have made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it for you. If the product has already been made then there would be a charge to remake it, which can be discussed if necessary.

We take the utmost care to ensure that orders reach you in pristine condition. However, in very rare instances an item can be damaged in the post. If you do receive a damaged or defective order, please contact us by email including your order number and a photo of the item as received and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

Leather is a natural product, and the exact colour and texture will vary from hide to hide. Sometimes there is more of a grain or creases in the leather, and sometimes the colour may be slightly different. This is part of the beauty of working with leather, there are an infinite number of variations from each piece of leather cut, which adds to the beauty of every of products made from natural materials.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day. Uk orders are sent by Royal Mail first class and usually arrive within one-two working days after dispatch.

Express delivery is available on urgently needed orders.

If you need your order urgently, the Special Delivery upgrade is available at a cost of £6.95. Orders will be sent within one working day and will arrive by 1pm the next working day.
Please note, special delivery is not guaranteed on Saturday.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not reached you please do get in touch and we'll try our best to help. Please note, that we may not be able to track all items, and delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates unless special delivery is paid for.

If you notice a mistake with your address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend the details.

We offer shipping all over the world using Royal Mail standard and Tracked mail, which will be handed over to the local postal service in the destination country.

Europe - £4.95

Rest of world - £6.95

We do not charge any VAT on orders placed from outside of the UK.

As such there may be additional costs such as customs excise duty when ordering from outside of the UK, especially wthin the EU.

Please note that this cost is paid by the customer.

Returns

All personalised products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item. As most of our products are bespoke, it does mean that they cannot be resold, so cannot be refunded.

If you have ordered a non-personalised product, please contact us within 14 days and we will let you know the best way to send it back to us. Please note, return postage will be at the customer's expense.
